Doesn't seem to do anything. The API seems to end with the following error -

tensorflow.python.framework.errors_impl.FailedPreconditionError: Error while reading resource variable Block8_6_Conv2d_1x1/bias from Container: localhost. This could mean that the variable was uninitialized. Not found: Container localhost does not exist. (Could not find resource: localhost/Block8_6_Conv2d_1x1/bias)

Importing modules from Tensorflow seems to be wrong and outdated as per the latest version too. A requirement.txt file would have done fortune.
